We’re PCS Open Technologies, Inc. a provider of telephony based technical expertise and project management
outsourcing solutions to commercial and government clients.
The vision of telephony project management outsourcing solutions began in 1996 when Kris Brown
gathered top telecom professionals to replace the traditional roles of telecom consultants and
equipment vendors with a fresh engineering approach to fulfill client needs and expectations.
Telephony project management services (TPMS) gave way to efficient outsourcing of telephony
projects with greater accountability and support for clients nationwide.
Today, OTI delivers outsourcing for advanced voice and video applications, on-site technical
services and support, client help desk services with a back office support center. Our proven
"partner" approach provides clients control on project performance standards of quality, cost
and schedule:
